Alma H Kendrick
ATKINS -- Alma H "Pat" Kendrick, 55, of Pottsville died Friday, November 3, 2006, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was employed at Wal-Mart of Russellville for 19 years and attended Oakland Heights Assembly of God Church in Russellville. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. She was born Feruary 2, 1951, in St Clair, Michigan, resided in Pottsville for the last 30 years, daughter of Albert and Virginia B Morgan Barks. The wife of Gerald Don Kendrick of almost 30 years, married March 18, 1977, in Warner Robins, Georgia. The loving mother of five children and two stepdaughters. Survivors include her husband, Gerald Don Kendrick of Pottsville; daughters and son-in-laws, Tammy Smith of Dardanelle, Sue and Tony Owens of Dover, Gerri and Dobber Standridge of Pottsville, Brittany Warren of Pottsville; stepdaughters and son-in-law, Michelle and Lynn Moore of Texas, Donna Smith of Russellville; son, Jimmy Ray Smith of Albany, Georgia; 10 grandchildren, Anthony Owen, Billy Stark, Christopher Standridge, Caleb Standridge, Christian Smith, William Smith, Robert Moore, Thomas Moore, Sidney Smith, Whitney Smith; two sisters, Sherry Moore of Georgia, Sue Knowles of Georgia.
Pallbearers were Larry Kendrick, Wayne Kendrick, Mike Kendrick, Charles Kendrick, Lynn White, Nick Price.
