Mary Lois Sisson, 52, of Conway died Monday, June 7, 2010. She was born in Conway Arkansas, on Friday, January 10, 1958, a daughter of Royce A. Glover and Reva Nell Henry Glover. She was a member of Brumley Baptist Church where her husband was the pastor.
Mary was a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas majoring in Science and Physical Education. She was devoted to the Brumley Baptist Church in which she accompanied on piano for worship services. She was very active in the Women’s Missionary Union as well as in teaching Sunday school and Vacation Bible School. She was a dedicated pastor’s wife always giving her best in ministering to others. She was loved and respected by so many.
She is survived by her husband, Reverend C. F. “Bill” Sisson of 31 years, children, Jacob, Marlana, and Matthew of the home, mother, Reva Nell (Henry) Glover of Conway, brother, Michael A. Glover of Conway, sister, Nancy Nell Warren of York, South Carolina, and Pat Nutter of Conway
She is preceded in death by her father, Royce A. Glover and a brother, Royce Dell Glover.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway with Reverend Gilbert Kendrick officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park with Harold Pray, Carl Johnson, Jason Moix, Royce Ruple, Roy McKenzie, and Larry Palmer serving as pallbearers. Christopher Shane Martin, Teddy Bishop, Curt Floyd, Ray Hieronymus, and Tom Smith will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 10, 2010.
