Hal Jolly, 65, of Greenbrier, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on December 31, 2017, after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born January 14, 1952, in Conway, Arkansas, to Doyle and Grace (Webb) Jolly.

Hal was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was devoted to his children and grandchildren, as evidenced by the time he spent playing sports with them in the back yard and attending their sporting events. He also loved enjoying nature with his family. He was always an avid outdoorsman and spent much of his retirement hunting, fishing, and discovering Arkansas with some of his closest friends. Hal loved driving back roads through the national forest and exploring state and national parks. He considered every outing an adventure. He graduated from Greenbrier High School and served seven years in the Arkansas National Guard, where he made many long-lasting friends. Hal was a master electrician and worked over 30 years at Kimberly Clark in Conway.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Nina (Hankins) Jolly; his sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Christa Jolly of Germantown, TN, Joshua and Amanda Jolly of Conway, AR, and John and Caitlin Jolly of Durham, NC; and his grandchildren, Annalise, Kyle, Carter, Bethany, and Brandon. He is also survived by his parents; his brothers, Sandy, Jim, and Don Jolly; his sister, Teresa Golden; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Faulkner County Boys and Girls Club or a charity of choice. Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 3, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. The funeral service is at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 4, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Wooster. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
