Floy Qualls Blanchard, 78, of Scott, Arkansas passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012. She was a member of Somers Avenue Church of Christ. She loved to bowl and to fish "behind the house."
She is survived by her husband, Chester Blanchard; son, Billy Ray Qualls; grandchildren, Halie Qualls, Lauren Freshour and Troy Qualls; great-grandson, Thomas Becker; her twin brother, Loy Ray Epperson; step daughter, Vickie Chapman; step son, Carl Allen Blanchard; step grand children, Grant and Taylor Chapman, and Kylie and Corbin Blanchard. She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Elpha Duck Epperson; two sisters, Lucille Morris and Lorene Bryce; and her son, Thomas Wayne Qualls.
