Mildred H. Havens, 86, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2007.
Born in Enola, Arkansas, on November 1, 1920, daughter of the late Herbert Gist and Bertha Lee (Mabry) Hoggard.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother; a member of Central Baptist Church and retired after many years of service as a professional secretary, working in both the private and government sectors. After retirement Mildred loved to be outdoors in her flower garden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T.W. Havens; two sisters, Martha Jones and Ethel H. Ross and a brother Thomas Hoggard.
Survivors include her two sons David Havens and Mark Havens and wife Tara, both of Conway; three grandchildren, Mark Havens, Jr., Autumn Farfan and Elizabeth Havens; two sisters, Lucille Gadberry and Ava Nell Dunlap; a brother Ancil (Pete) Hoggard and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Services were held at Roller McNutt Funeral Chapel in Conway, with interment at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wooster.
