Lee Howard, age 74, of Warren, Arkansas, died Saturday, August 13, at home. He was born August 5, 1931 in Bradley County, Arkansas a son of the late George Howard and Nora Pruitt Howard. He was a member of Goodhope United Methodist Church and a machinist for Davis Trailer Manufacturing Company. Surviving is his wife Sarah Landrum Howard whom he married on July 18, 1959; 2 sons Roy Howard, Kingsland, Ark. and Mark Howard, Jackson, Miss; 1 daughter Lisa Adams, Yazoo, Miss; 3 brothers Jesse Howard, Van Buren, Ark, Barney Howard, New Edinburgh, Ark. and Oscar Howard, Warren, Ark; 3 sisters Kathrine Lephiew, Warren, Ark, Birdie Burnett, Willmar, Ark. and Jearline Thompson, New Edinburg, Ark; 6 grandchildren. A daughter Cynthia Howard also preceded him in death. Funeral services were 10:00am Monday, August 15, at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. John Kidwell officiating. Janice Sullivan was organist. Burial was in Garrison Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Roger Lephiew, Roger Braswell, Marty Howard, Jerry Weaver, Judson Bowlin, Charles Wolfe and John Foster, Jr.
