James Loy Traffanstedt, age 67, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, August 24, 2017. He was born July 20, 1950 in Morrilton, Arkansas, a son of the late John L. Traffanstedt, Sr. and Connie Williams Traffanstedt. He was an Air Force veteran and retired Supply Officer with the State of Arkansas. Survivors include his brothers, John Traffanstedt, Jr. of Mustang, Oklahoma and Bobby (Laura) Traffanstedt of Conway; sister, Linda Burnett of Houston, Arkansas; four nephews, one niece, four great nephews, and four great nieces. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 1, at Harris Chapel with Rev. Chris Traffanstedt officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
