Mountain Home - Karen Juanita Partney, 61, of Mountain Home, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018. She was born September 15, 1956, to Harold Howard and Ione Juanita (Arnold) Partney, in St. Louis MO.

In her younger years she loved fishing, bowling, playing pool and riding motorcycles. Later in life she mostly worked. She served the Baxter Retirement Village as a chauffeur and was the dietitian, cooking the meals for all the retirees.

She is survived by: a son, Shaun Phillips of Branson, her mother, Ione Jaunita Partney, of Mountain Home, 2 sisters, Ellen Voyles of Mountain Home and Nancy (Terry) Vermost of Ft. Smith, and 2 brothers: Charles (Connie) Partney of Mountain Home, and Marlin (Gail) Partney of Conway. Also surviving are her friends and co-workers at the Baxter Retirement Village.

She is preceded in death by her: father, Harold Howard Partney, and her grandparents, Calvin and Nancy (Hamilton) Arnold and Howard and Nora (Bond) Partney.

Visitations will be at 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the Roller Chapel, with the funeral service at 2:00 PM. with a graveside following at Galatia Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
