Billy Birl Trigg, 80, a resident of Russell- ville, Arkansas died Friday, January 25, 2013, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. He was born August 12, 1932, at Hector, Arkansas to Charles Philip and Ruth Hurst Trigg. Birl married Delenia Sue Jones, the love of his life, April 30, 1954. He was a business owner and retired from Phil Wright Auto. He was a member of the Friendship Primitive Baptist Church in Scranton, where he served as a Deacon, the American Legion and was a United States Army Veteran of Korea. Birl was an avid hunter and fisherman and a proud member of the NRA.He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Sue Trigg, and his parents.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Doyle Robinson of Denver, Colorado and Carol and Don Hutchings of Fort Smith, Arkansas; grandchildren, Celeste and husband, Mike Nichols of Pocola, Oklahoma, Joshua and wife, Tina Robinson, of New Orleans, Louisiana, Jordan and wife, Baylee Robinson, of Denver, Colorado, Monica and husband, Ray Malouf of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Evan Hutchings of Nashville, Tennessee; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Burial with military honors provided by VFW Rogers-Rye Post #2283 will be in Bowden Cemetery on Crow Mountain, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service. Active pallbearers were Jordan Robinson, Ray Malouf, Mike Nichols, Doyle Robinson Carroll Jones and Ray Hoggard. Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Robinson and Evan Hutchings.

Ms Sue Jones Trigg of Russellville, Arkansas, died Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at St Mary's Hospital in Russellville, Arkansas. Ms.Trig was 75 years, 3 months, and 9 days old. She was born on Crow Mountain, Arkansas to Willis Clifford and Velma Mabel Rickman Jones. Ms Trigg was an employee of St Mary's Regional Medical Center for 30+ years. She was a member of the Russell- ville 1st Assembly of God Church.Ms. Trigg was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother: Billy Harold Jones. She is survived by her husband of 55 years: Birl Trigg; daughters: Karen Robinson and her husband: Doyle of Denver, Colorado and Carol and Don Hutchings, of Fort Smith, Arkansas; brother: Carroll Jones, of Russellville, Arkansas; sister: Jean Bentley, of Russellville, Arkansas; 5 precious grand children: Celeste Nichols, Joshua Robinson, Jordan Robinson, Monica Malouf, and Evan Hutchings; 5 wonderful great-grandchildren: Zayne and Noah Amerson and Manasseh, Asa and Abram Nichols; other relatives, her brothers and sisters in Christ; and many dear friends.
Pall bearers were Joshua and Jordan Robinson, Evan Hutchings, Ray Malouf, Mike Nichols and Doyle Robinson.
Honorary pallbearers were Keith and Dustin Jones, Lance Baker, Seth Heathcoat and Zach Campbell.
