BELLA VISTA — Harvey Grady Sims, age 55, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center. He was born June 22, 1955, in Wichita, Kan., to Grady Sims and Verginia McNelly Sims.

He served in the United States Air Force for six years.

Harvey is preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis and Hazel McNelly; his father, Grady Sims; and a son, Francis (Frank) Sims.

He is survived by his wife, Hope Sims of Bella Vista; three daughters, Cindy Sims of Bella Vista, Amy Hall and Kristy Daniel of Tennessee; a daughter-in-law, Abby Sims of Gravette; his mother, Verginia Sims Warren of Bentonville; one brother, Steven Sims and wife, Kathy, of Centerton; two sisters, Jan Whittle and husband, Rick, and Diane Price, all of Bentonville; one stepsister, Tammy Warren of Pea Ridge; two stepdaughters, Kesha and Kandis Driscoll, all of Tulsa; two stepsons, Kenrick Driscoll and wife, Tina, and Kirk Driscoll, all of Bentonville; four grandsons; and seven granddaughters; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A private family viewing was held Saturday, June 18, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. Fourth St., Rogers. Cremation will follow.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the family farm, located at 8658 Spanker Creek Road at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2011. For questions or directions, call Jan at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
