William "Bill" Henry Martin, Sr, 92, of Clinton, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Ozark Health Center. He was born June 24, 1923, in Atkins, son of James and Emmie Harris Martin. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ruby Martin; sisters Lucille Embry, Mae Harris and Francis Clark; brother, Walter Clark; half brothers, Johnny and Wesley.
