George Allen Tilley, 71, of Morrilton,Arkansas passed away Saturday, January 30. He was born January 30, 1939, in Morrilton, Arkansas, son of Gene and Josie Harris Tilley. He married the love of his life Daisy Irene Harris July 16, 1960. They were married for almost 42 years when she went to be with the lord on March 18, 2002. He was a former Marine and a member of the National Rifle Association. George was also a Sunday school teacher at Miracle Lighthouse Church. He was preceeded in death by his wife; brother Roy; sister Annie Heflin. George is survived by: Sons Steve Tilley of Morrilton, Arkansas, Harold Tilley of Morrilton.Arkansas Brothers: Buddy Tilley of Perryville, Arkansas ; Mike Tilley of Morrilton,Arkansas ; John Tilley of Morrilton,Arkansas ; Ed Tilley of Morrilton,Arkansas Sisters: Ethel Gilbert of Morrilton,Arkansas ; Marie Ecklund of Kansas; Wanda Parks of Perry,Arkansas . 6 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
