Leonard Howard Stacks, 71, of Mayflower, Arkansas, died Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Conway Regional Health System. He was born April 5, 1939, son of Andrew J & Lela Storment Stacks. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Judy Stacks, who died March 14, 2006. Mr Stacks was a member of the Gap Mission; and was a retired, heavy equipment operator for Directional Boring. He is survived by his wife, Betty Stacks; children, Judith Ann Stacks, Andrew Howard Stacks, Effie Annette Stacks, Brett Stacks, Joseph Michael Stacks; step-children, Tammy Polk Edge, Becky Polk Burgess; his brother, Jim Stacks; 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Gap Mission.
