Mary Virginia Heyde
Mary Virginia Heyde, age 58, of Cord, Arkansas died Friday, June 5, 2009 in a Jonesboro hospital. Born on May 9, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of William Schwab and Virginia Akins Schwab.
She was a retired assembly worker for White Rodgers Company in Batesville and was a member of the Oak Ridge United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Heyde of Cord; one son, Heath Heyde of Cord; one daughter, Heather Sullivan of Cord; two brothers, Bill Schwab of Medina, Ohio and Butch Schwab of Newark; two grandchildren, Alissa Sullivan and Clay Sullivan both of Cord; nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services are Tuesday, June 9, 10:00 a.m., at the Oak Ridge United Methodist Church in Cord with Lavon Bloodworth officiating. Interment will follow in the Hopewell Cemetery in Cord under the direction of Willis Funeral Service of Batesville.
Pallbearers will be Jason Sullivan, Jordan Sullivan, Edgar Shields, David Hix, Ted Heyde and Melvin Yates.
Visitation is Monday evening from 5-8 p.m.
