Daughter of Marion S & Anna Mae Anderson
Rosa Lou Gilliland, 69, of Dover, died Sunday, September 9, 2012, at St Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born November 11, 1942, in Bee Branch, Arkansas to Marion and Annamae Moore Anderson. She was of the Assembly of God Faith and was a faithful Christian and loved her church. She was a beautician and a CNA, and most of all a wonderful mother. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 grand children, Joseph Carter Gilliland and Scott Christian Mahon. Survivors include 2 sons and 1 daughter in-law, Bryant and Katie Gilliland of Dover, Shannon Gilliland of Dover; daughter Cynthia Absher and husband Donald Patty of Little Rock; 1 brother and sister in-law, Kenneth and Geri Anderson of North Little Rock; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Active pallbearers were Jeff Polk, Clarence Smith, John Anderson, Patrick Folks, Eric Mendoza, Joe Thompson. Honorary pallbearer will be her brother Kenneth Anderson.
