BELLA VISTA — Patrick Wayne Childers, 41, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away Monday, June 19, 2017, in his home. He was born Dec. 11, 1975, in Mobile, Ala., to Terry G. Childers and Zera Clairece (Wright) Childers.

He was disabled and member of Victory Church in Tontitown.

He was preceded in death by his mom.

He is survived by his father, Terry G. Childers; one brother, Terry Lee Childers and wife Misty of Centerton, Ark.; one nephew, Nathaniel Leyva of Centerton, Ark.; and one niece, Charity Mower of Centerton, Ark.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 27, at Victory Church, 250 Industrial Circle East, in Tontitown with Pastor Billy Coffman officiating. Burial will follow at Ruddick Cemetery in Garfield, Ark.
