Linda K Baker, age 61, of Russellville, Arkansas died Saturday, July 25, 2009 at the National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs. Arkansas. The daughter of Evelyn Nolan of San Antonio, Texas, and the late Richard Nolan, she was born December 5, 1947 in Colchester, Vermont. She was a twenty-eight year employee of the Russellville High School, serving as a Coordinated Career Education and Workplace Readiness instructor, and was a full-time mother. In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Frank Baker; 4 sons and 3 daughters-in-law: Tim and Tanya Baker, Matt and Cindy Mills, Mark and Santana Mills and Will Baker, all of Russellville, Arkansas; 2 daughters and sons-in-law: Karen and Alan Showalter of Springdale, Arkansas; and Denise and Chris Davis of Russellville, Arkansas; brother and sister-in-law, Dicky and Gloria Nolan of Seguin, Texas; and 8 grandchildren: Bryant Davis, Haleybeth Davis, Madelynn Davis, Vaughan Baker, John Carter Baker, Derek Talbert, Evan Mills and Bailey Mills. Pallbearers will be her sons and sons-in-law. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital, 3100 Samford Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71103-4289; or St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1905.
