Loyd Keener, 94, of Atkins, died Sunday, July 11, 2010, in Atkins. He was born September 30, 1915, the son of the late Virgil and Carrie Blackburn Keener. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lois Lee Keener; a brother, Clyde Keener; and three sisters, Noma Brown, Lucille Bell and Eura Judkins. He was a member of the Bells Chapel Church of Christ and retired from the Atkins Pickle Company.

He is survived by two daughters and sons–in-law, Linda and Ray Stearns of Tahlequah, OK, Patsy and Irvin Baughman of Cabot, AR; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 14, at Lemley Chapel with Mr. Neal Chism officiating. Burial will be at Bells Chapel Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service.

Visitation will be open.

Pallbearers will be Mike Stearns, Jeff Stearns, Greg Stearns, Rick Baughman, Irvin Lynn Baughman and Greg Hankins.

Honorary Pallbearers are Hunter Davis Baughman, Blake Baughman, Charles Baker and Jeff Fryer.

Lois Lee Keener, 90, of Atkins died Thursday, December 3, 2009, at St. Marys Regional Medical Center. She was born in Atkins March 18, 1919 the daughter of Fred W. and Essie Cooey Hubbard and preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, H. H., Wallace, Bill, and Jack Hubbard, and a great grandson, Cole Dorsey Baughman. She was a member of Bells Chapel Church of Christ Church.

She is survived by her husband, Loyd Keener of Atkins; 2 daughters and sons��"in-law, Linda and Ray Stearns of Tahlequah, OK, Patsy and Irwin Baugham of Cabot, AR; 3 sisters, Sue Ellen and husband, Carl Carpenter of Little Rock, Patty Rozzell of Benton, Jo Sands of Atkins; 2 brothers, Bob Hubbard of St. Joe, MO, Emmett Hubbard of Tarkio, MO; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 5, 2009, at Lemley Chapel with Mr. Robert Hearne officiating. Burial will be at Bells Chapel Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service.

Visitation will be open.

Pallbearers will be Mike Stearns, Jeff Stearns, Greg Stearns, Rick Baughman, Lawrence Hankins, Mike White.

Honorary Pallbearers are Irvin Lynn Baughman, Blake Baughman, Hunter Davis Baughman.
