KERR, Elizabeth A. HART Gambill - The body of Mrs. Elizabeth Kerr arrived Monday morning from Helena, Mont. where she died last week, October 15th, at the home of her niece, Mrs. Audrey Brown. The body was accompanied here by Mrs. Brown and by Mrs. Sallie Cole of Livingston, Mont. Mrs. Kerr was a sister of Mrs. B.S. Beach and C.L. Hart of Rogers and also Mrs. G.W. Gamble, all of whom accompanied the funeral party to Elm Springs where she was buried Monday evening.

(from The Springdale News) Mrs. Elizabeth A. Gambill Kerr was born Feb. 29, 1844 in Benton county, Ark. and died Oct. 15, 1919 at Canyon Ferry, Mont. Age 75 years, 7 months, 15 days. Deceased was a member of the Baptist church and is survived by two brothers and one sister and a large number of relatives and friends. Mrs. Kerr died at the home of her niece, Mrs. Audra Brown, who was left an orphan at an early age and to whom Mrs. Kerr had been a mother. Mrs. Kerr had gone to visit her niece, Mrs. Brown, and lived only a few days after her arrival. She received every care and attention during her last illness. It was her request to be buried at the Elm Springs cemetery where most of her friends and relatives are buried. ***** Mrs. Kerr, before going to Montana to live with a niece, lived in Rogers on West Walnut with her son, G.W. Gambill. She was a sister of Mrs. Jane Beach, who lived here with her daughter, Mrs. C.L. Hart.
