September 18, 1929 - July 12, 2009
Roy E. Sessions, 69, of Dyer, passed away Sunday July 12, 2009.
He was a member of St.Michaels Catholic Church and owner/operator of RS Cleaning. He was also the former coach at the Van Buren Boys & Girls Club.
He is survived by his wife Katie Sessions of the home, two sons; David Ray and wife Shea Sessions of Fort Smith, and Robert and wife Lisa Sessions of Hackett, a daughter; Connie and husband David Gibson of Fort Smith, a sister; Kay Bridwell of Norman, OK, eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father Tom Elliott and deacon Greg Pair officiating. Burial was at Dyer Cemetery.

Katherine “Katie” Sessions, 77, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018 in a local hospital. She was born in Canadian, Texas.
She was the office manager for Dr. Sills for many years and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy E. Sessions.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Gibson of Fort Smith, AR; two sons, David Ray Sessions of Fort Smith and Robert Sessions of Hackett, AR; nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and one sister Teresa Judson of Cushing, Maine.
Funeral Mass will be at 1:00PM, April 3, 2018 at Christ the King Catholic Church with burial to follow in Dyer City Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Rosary services will 6:00PM, Monday, April 2, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Nicholas and Mitchell Gipson, Robert and Christopher Sessions, Stacey Weiler and Ryan Sandusky.
