Genevieve "Genny" Thistlewood the wife of William "T-Wood" B Thistlewood. Genevieve "Genny" Thistlewood daughter of Estes Miller and Ollie (Wilson) Miller.

IMBODEN — Genevieve "Genny" Thistlewood, 74, was granted her angel wings Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014.
Genevieve was born June 26, 1940, in Lesterville community to Estes and Ollie Wilson Miller.
Genny and T-wood built T-Wood Bowling Lanes, they spent numerous hours work together. They have built several friendships throughout the years at T-Wood Bowling Lanes.
Every chance she got she was in the vegetable garden or her flower beds. Genny also loved woodworking and crafts. Genny was a loving wife, mother, granny, sister and friend to many. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, William "T-Wood" Thistlewood of the home; daughters, Beverly Arnold and Carla (Dennis) Schaechtel; stepsons, Larry (Dorothy) Thistlewood and Billy (Phyllis) Thistlewood Jr.; grandchildren, Cody (Becca) Simpson, Colten Simpson and Gennifer Simpson; stepgrandchildren, Kaelin (Brittney) Thistlewood and Tia Thistlewood; two great-grandchildren, Maddox Simpson and Aniyah Simpson; stepgreat-grandchild, Brayden Thistlewood; sister, Jerry Clark; brothers, Joe Miller and Herb Miller; nephews, David Clark and Jeremy Clark; and nieces, Dana Westmoreland and Khara Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patsy Ruth Bland; niece, Tina Marie Bland; and brother-in-law, Jim Bland.
Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday in McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. with Stan Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
