Richard Lee Rider, age 64 of Patmos, Arkansas passed away, Friday, October 14, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born in Hope, Arkansas on October 7, 1952 to Fairrel and Dorothy Brooks Rider.
He was retired from the timber industry as a consultant. Richard enjoyed living in his Patmos Community where he raised poultry and did cattle farming.
He also, enjoyed being Papa to his grandchildren, who loved riding on the tractor.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Christopher Rider.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, his son, his daughter, his brother, his four grandchildren, niece and nephew other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
Memorial service will be at 2:00pm, on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home,
