May 19, 1891 - November 20, 1968
Mrs. Dinksie Lee Hicks, 75, of 1313 N. Quaker St., died early Wednesday morning in a local hospital following a lengthy illness. Born May 19, 1893 in Texas, she was the daughter of Ben C. and Ella Mitchell Price. Mrs. Hicks had lived in El Dorado for the past 35 years and was a charter member of the Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Charles Schubach and Mrs. Henry Bearden, both of Helena; one brother, J. R. Price of Helena; three grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. Ben Bracken officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Rumph Mortuary.
