ALICIA -- James F. Busbey, 83, of Alicia died Wednesday, June 25, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
Born at Carbondale, Ill., he was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II, a retired bus driver for Walnut Ridge Public Schools and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Busbey of the Walnut Ridge Nursing Home; three stepsons, Bill Kysar and Raymond Perry, both of Alicia, and Daymond Perry of Missouri; two stepgrandchildren, Shirley Hudson and Terry Perry; and two stepgreat-grandchildren, Michael Hudson and Sarah Hudson.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Stella McGonigal.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Bryan Funeral Home of Hoxie.
