Eva Marie Davis, 81 of Powhatan passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 in the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.
Born July 6, 1935 in Cedar Ridge Community, daughter of Bruce and Ida Weaver Johnson. She was united in marriage to Clarence Davis on June 21, 1953. She was a factory worker and of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one great granddaughter, Celia Anne Smith; one brother, Robert Johnson; three sisters, Ruth Urban, Ida Lou Phillips and Sharon Johnson.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence of the home; two daughters, Audrey Mullen of Lynn and Amanda (Dustin) Smith of Walnut Ridge; two sons, Alan Davis of Powhatan and Andrew Davis of Black Rock; one brother, James Johnson of Black Rock; three sisters, Ellen England and Joyce Dalton both of Edwardsville, IL and Elizabeth Kobash of Bruce Township, MI; four grandchildren, Alison Smith, Jason Mullen, Denver Davis and Piper Smith; one great granddaughter, Caitlyn Rose Smith; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be Saturday December 17, 2016 at 2 P.M. in the Old Lebanon Cemetery near Lynn. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
