James Patrick Jenks, 49, of Kansas, Okla., died Oct. 22, 2015, at his home.
He was born Feb. 14, 1966, in Jefferson City, Mo., to Earl Dean Jenks and Carrie Stringer Jenks.
He married Eva Hayworth on Sept. 24, 1988. He was a cabinet maker.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Jenks.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Lacie Jenks of Jay, Okla.; four sons, Justin Jenks of Kansas, Okla., Jeremy Jenks of Jay, Jonathan Jenks of Kansas, Okla. and Joshua Jenks of Colcord, Okla.; four grandchildren; five sisters, Donna Humbyrd of Colcord, Wanda Nickleson of Tulsa, Okla., Peggy Butler, Judy VanDyke of Siloam Springs, Ark., and Betty Mackey of Colcord; and four brothers, Roger Jenks of Colcord, Ronnie Jenks of Gentry, Ark., Tommy Jenks of Leach, Okla., and Keith Jenks of Miami, Okla.
Funeral services were Oct. 27, 2015, at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs, Ark. Burial will be at Falling Springs Cemetery in Decatur, Ark.
