Miss Mary Rasor was a retired school teacher.

Miss Mary Rasor, aged 75, a resident of Rest Haven near Midway, died there Wednesday morning of last week following and extended illness.
Funeral services were held at 2PM Friday at the Burnt Schoolhouse near Lone Rock with Rev Shaw Griffin, pastor of the Midway Baptist Church officiating.
Interment was in the Burnt Schoolhouse Cemetery, under the direction of the Roller Funeral Home.
Miss Rasor, a retired school teacher and a lifetime resident of the county, was born in Mt. Home September 22, 1886. She was the daughter of the late Albert Rasor and Virginia Wright Rasor. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include three nephews, Russell Rasor of Norfork, Dean Rasor of Great Bend, KS and Virgil Rasor of Muskegon, MI, and four nieces, Mrs. Virgil Sinor of Little Rock, Mrs. Verna Parrott of Muskegon, Mrs. Thelma Stewart of Fort Worth, TX and Mrs. Virginia Hamilton of California.
Pallbearers were Ed Pinkston, Lloyd Bolding, Louis Knight, Roy Haney, Kenneth Jackson and Elwin Norman.
