Carolyn F. Archbold, age 70, died Wednesday, June 20, 2018, in Gulfport, Mississippi. She was born October 3, 1947, in Durant, Oklahoma.
She taught at church and in the public school system. She was active in church and worked in home healthcare. Carolyn also was a house parent for developmentally disabled adults. She was the most wonderful wife and mother in the world and was a wonderful pastors wife. Carolyn always wanted to build up others.
Mrs. Archbold was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Carrol and Mary Sharp Fielden.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Edward Archbold of Long Beach, Mississippi; two children, Roy Glenn Archbold and Christina Archbold both of Gulfport; a sister, Marilyn Moore Martindale of Austin, Texas; and two grandchildren, Emmie and Olivia.
Funeral services for Mrs. Archbold will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 25,2018, at the Belleville Methodist Church with Gary Archbold officiating.
Burial will follow in the Belleville Cemetery.
