Elizabeth Carter Beasley, 72, of Mulberry, Arkansas, died Sunday, October 14, 2012 in Mulberry.
She was a member of the Pentecostal Faith.
She was born March 12, 1940 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Maria Clifford and Idamae Vine Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Steve Carter and her first husband Gene Beasley, Sr.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 19, 2012 at New Cemetery in Mulberry with Pastor Don Wright officiating, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
She is survived by her life partner, Bill Veteto of Mulberry; four daughters, Teresa Huston of Mulberry, Sheila Boston of Stringtown, Oklahoma, Rose McKente of McAllister, Oklahoma and Debbie Carter of New Orleans, Louisiana; two sons, Carl Smith of Coalgate, Oklahoma and Gene Beasley, Jr. of Lane, Oklahoma; two sisters and one brother; thirty five grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 W. Commercial in Ozark.
Pallbearers are Charlie J. Harper, Matthew J. Potter, Eric Spears, Johnny Humphrey and Josh and John Bentley.
