April 25,1920 - December 4, 2013
Edgar Tweedy, 93, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 in a local hospital.
He was a retired Farmer, a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II and a member of the Open Door Church in Mulberry.
He was born April 25, 1920 in Sallisaw, OK to the late Bob and Della (Mounce) Tweedy.
Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Iva Mae Tweedy of the home; one daughter, Wanda Qualls of OK; two sons, Bobby Don Tweedy and Eddie Carroll Tweedy both of Mulberry, AR; 6 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 9, 2013 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in New Cemetery with military honors. Services
