Gerry D. Basham, 81, of Ozark, Arkansas died Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in Ozark. She was a homemaker and attended Webb City Baptist Church. She was born February 7, 1937 in Goldthwaite, Texas to Seaborn and Thelma Johnson Harper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Basham, and her parents.
Gerry is survived by a son, Joe Bradshaw of Charleston, Arkansas; a sister, Janie Ford of Ozark; three grandchildren, Jody, Dustin, and Jo Beth Bradshaw; and two great grandchildren, Josie Grace and Lilly Kate Bradshaw.
Graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, May 4, 2018 at Highland Cemetery with Brother Stone Faulkenberry officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Honorary pallbearers are Jim Ford, Harper Faulkenberry, Hunter Ford, Dustin and Jody Bradshaw, James Ford, Blake Dobbins, and Care Staff at Ozark Nursing Home.
