Johnnie Lloyd Adams, age 92, of Warren, Arkansas died Saturday, March 4, at Bradley County Medical Center. He was born October 24, 1913 in Bradley County, Arkansas a son of the late John B. Adams and Elizabeth Bowman Adams. He was a retired Ross Carrier operator for Potlatch Corp with 35 years of service and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. He married Virginia McMurry Adams on August 26, 1939 and she died September 7, 1973. Surviving is his wife Rachel Adams whom he married on September 9, 1983; 2 daughters Linda Sue Harris and spouse B. K., Wilmar, Ark. and Francis Reep and spouse Jimmy, Warren, Ark; 4 grandchildren John Keanan Harris and spouse Angie, Warren, Ark, Mark Kevin Harris and spouse Joan, Walnut Ridge, Ark, Jimmy Wayne Reep, Jr. and spouse Juli, Warren, Ark. and Heath Adam Reep and spouse Kasey, Warren, Ark; 8 great grandchildren Jonathan Harris, Ethan Harris, Jennifer Harris, Ashley Harris, Cody Reep, Erin Reep, Cade Reep and Jett Reep.. 3 brothers Curtis Adams, Barney Adams and J. B. Adams, a sister Bernice Hamaker and 1 great grandchild Christopher Keanon Harris also preceded him in death. Funeral services were 1:30pm Tuesday, March 7, at Frazer’s Chapel By Jackie west and Rev. Mark Harris. Janice Sullivan was the organist and Joan Harris and Bob Haygood sang. Burial was in McFarland Cemetery at Banks by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers wee Keanan Harris, Mark Harris, Wayne Reep, Heath Reep, Cody Reep, James Kenneth Adams, Rick Reep and Johathan Harris. Honorary pallbearers were William Jarrett, Tom Jarrett, Bert Hornaday, Delton Crowder, Dr. David Chambers, MD, Dr Skander Murad, MD, Gordon Bryant, J. T. Wear, Pete Adams and the Sunshine Sunday School Class of Immanuel Baptist Church.
