Mr. Kelley was born in Mount Vernon to Jessie Monroe Kelley and Bertha Elizabeth (Allison) Kelley. He was a self employed farmer for many years before retiring in 1994.
He is survived by four sons: Leroy Kelley of Buffalo NY., Frankie Kelley of McCrory, Joseph Kelley of Cherry Valley, David Kelley of Yazoo City, Ms.; three daughters: Mary Ann Wigginton of Colt, Martha Pender and Rosemary Jarrett both of Wynne; three brothers: Jack Kelley of Nashville, Ar., Charlie Kelley of Des Moines, Ia., Robert Kelley of Higdon; one sister: Della Roberts of Oklahoma City Ok.; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by a brother: Billy Kelley; two sisters: Ruby Young and Frances Thomas.
