Delores "Dee" Grooms, 73 of Ashdown, AR passed away April 25 2015 in Texarkana, TX.
Mrs. Grooms was born March 5, 1942 in Wilton, AR to Lewis Edward and Gladys Amy Murchison. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Wilford Grooms of Ashdown, AR; one son, Ronnie Grooms of Ashdown, AR; three daughters, Karen Tabler of Ashdown, AR, Cheryl Neiman of Ashdown, AR, Kim and her husband Paul Stanley of Ashdown, AR; one brother Earl Murchison of Ashdown, AR; four sisters, Dorothy Bush of Ashdown, AR, Melinda Davis of Kingman, AZ, Emma Terry of Wilton, AR, Fern Befeld of Ashdown, AR; nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening April 28, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday April 29, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Madden Funeral Home in the Chapel in Ashdown, AR with Ed Root and Brad Sullivan officiating.
Burial will follow at Alleene Cemetery in Alleene, AR under the direction of Madden Funeral Home.
