Juanita Bruce, 78, of Mulberry passed away Friday, May 11, 2012, in a local hospital.
She was born Aug. 4, 1933, in Garnett, Kan., to the late Walter and Sadie (Donahue) Holden.
She was a retired employee of Plastic Research and of the Methodist Faith.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dow Bruce, and a son, Rick Bruce.
Survivors include five daughters, Sherryl Brown and husband Scott of Alma, Toka Santellan of Fort Smith, Mary Merrill and husband George of California, Cathy Richter and husband Keith of Rogers and Pam Bruce of Mulberry; one brother, Jim Holden of Hoyt, Kan.; a daughter-in-law, Carolyn Bruce of Fort Smith; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Vine Prairie Baptist Church in Mulberry.
Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
