Frances Lynn Wallace was born on October 26, 1965 in Morrilton, Arkansas to the late Elvin and Josephine Garrison Wallace. She was the fifteenth child of 15 children from this union. Two sisters preceded her in death; respectively, Corine Annette Reese and Ella Louise McClain. Lynn was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ at an early age then joined Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Morrilton, Arkansas. As a child, Lynn was active in the church, where she served as the Sunday School Secretary and also as the Superintendent. Her spiritual journey continued at Allison Presbyterian Church where she worked with the youth and faithfully attended bible study. Then she later joined St. Mark Baptist Church on September 27, 1998, where she served in outreach, youth and hospitality ministries. Lynn graduated from Morrilton High School in Morrilton, Arkansas. She played on the varsity girls’ basketball team, and was also active in other academic and civic clubs. She continued her education by graduating from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Prior to working with the State, she was employed with Target Distribution Center in Maumelle, Arkansas as a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Tech until it closed in May 2009. Lynn loved the Lord and loved people. Those who knew her saw this through the way she carried herself. She lived by her two favorite scriptures; Mark 12:30-31. Lynn was a caring person who took the time to stay in touch with her family, co-workers, and high school friends. She made the time to be a shoulder to lean on and give a listening ear to anyone in need. In addition, she was always a cheerful giver with a contagious smile.
