“Trae” Joe Edward Thurman, III was born October 5, 1998 in Little Rock, Arkansas and died August 16, 2016, in Lamar, Arkansas, at the age of 17. He was an Assistant Manager at Pizza Hut and a member of the Journey Church. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Marian Moore; an uncle, Ryan David Moore; and 2 brothers, Jeremiah and Dylan Thurman.He is survived by his parents, Joe Edward Thurman, Jr. of Palacios, Texas and Jessi Nicole Gatling of Little Rock, Arkansas; 5 brothers: Malik Ndiribe Ukegbu and Cambron Edward Gatling, Jr., both of Little Rock, Arkansas; Mickey Joe Lewis Thurman, Dylan Douglas Thurman, and Reggie Joel Thurman, all of Greenwood, Arkansas; and a sister, Sorayah Emogene Gatling of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Brennan Gilbert, Noah Dalton, Alex Williams, Jahd Williford, Alex Chenowith, Mathew Mayden, Ryan Houston, and Zollie Campbell.Honorary Pallbearers will be Tyler Moore, Sr., David Moore, Corey Robinson, Tyler Moore, Jr., Matthew Morris, Malik Ukegbu, Tyrone Willis, and Steven Willis.
