Daughter of the late William Arch and Margaret Johnson Holloway. Preceded in death by parents and her husband, Billy Joe Nowotny. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law, 4 grand children, & 1 great grandchild.

Billy J. Nowotny, 76, of Clarksville died Monday, June 8, 2009, at St Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith.He was born March 9, 1933, in Clarksville, son of the late Tom J and Mae Masterson Nowotny. He was a graduate of Lamar High School and Oklahoma City University, veteran of the US Navy serving in the Korean War, and a member of Russellville Masonic Lodge 274 and Cherry Street Baptist Church. He was retired from the US Treasury Department. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jay Nowotny and Thomas Nowotny; and 2 sisters, Bobbie Nowotny McLean and Myrtle Armstrong. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Wilma Holloway Nowotny; a son, Gary D Nowotny of Clarksville; a daughter, Lea Ann Waterworth of Fort Worth, Texas;sisters, Mary Mae Williams of Knoxville, Betty Hays of Russellville and Pat Smith of Pocola, Oklahoma; and grandchildren, Justin Nowotny and Cody Nowotny of Clarksville, & Emma Grace Waterworth & Garrett Waterworth of Fort Worth.
