When Lector Jane Hill was born on January 20, 1903, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, her father, Allen Ambers Jackson Hill, was 24, and her mother, Mary Lugenia Hill, was 25.
When William Oscar "Bill" Freeman was born on September 24, 1899, in Conway, Arkansas, his father, John, was 25 and his mother, Claudie, was 17. He married Lector Jane Hill on September 9, 1918. They had one child during their marriage. He died on September 1, 1991, in his hometown at the age of 91, and was buried in Center Ridge, Arkansas.
