Bruce M Dixon, 89, of London died Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.He was a native of McCrory, son of the late Oscar C and Amanda Dixon, carpenter, poultry and cattle farmer, former Flat Rock Fire Department chief, member of Knoxville Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by 1 son, Billy Eugene Dixon; 1 granddaughter, Tonya Lavender; 2 brothers, Maynard and Johnny McCarver; & 3 sisters, Marie Spencer, Mildred Cassidy, and Dorothy Pope.
Survivors include his wife, Lou Dixon; 1 step son, Kelley Troutt and wife, Dana, of Wesley; 3 stepdaughters, Marilyn Troutt Bagby and husband, Johnny, of Alexander, Odessa Troutt Hood and husband, Henry, of Cabot, and Charolette Troutt Paul and husband, David, of Hot Springs Village; 2 brothers, Paul McCarver and wife, Earlene, of McAllen, Texas, and Ross McCarver of California; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Lou Dixon, 93, of Alexander, Arkansas, died Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Saline Memorial Hospice. She was born February 9, 1923 in Grant County, Arkansas to Delbert Jack and Evelyne Florella Worthen Kelley. Lou loved the outdoors and gardening, especially flowers. She was a poultry and cattle farmer; enjoyed keeping the flowers growing on the farm, and riding her 4-wheeler until she was 88. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Dixon. She was survived by 4 children, Marilyn Troutt Bagby and husband John, Odessa Troutt Hood and husband Henry, Charolette Troutt Paul and husband David, and Kelley Troutt and wife Dana; 6 grandchildren, Gordon Bagby, Julie Bagby Gaiser and husband, Neil, Waynette Hood Traub, Casey Hood and wife Anita, Amanda Jones and Laura Jones; 7 great-grandchildren, Kaitlin, Koltin, Chloe, Hanna, Nathan, Casey Alex, and Carson; and 1 great-great-grandson, Liam.
