MELBOURNE - Mollie Caraway Duren, 87, of Mount Pleasant died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2001, at a Sidney nursing home.

Born June 27, 1914, in Lafferty, she was the daughter of George and Laura Caraway. She was retired and a homemaker. She was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Royce Don Caraway of Melbourne and Doyce Von Caraway of Crossett; a sister, Fronia Davis of Sidney; and a grandchild, Ricky Caraway.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Earl Caraway; her second husband, Ed Duren; a son, Richard Caraway; and a half brother.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home Chapel in Melbourne with Elvis Sneathern officiating. Burial will be in Barren Fork Cemetery at Mount Pleasant.

Pallbearers will be Paul Bray, Conny Johnson, Howard Lamb, Marty Webb, Bobby Webb and Seth Webb.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight.
