Charles E Brown, 96, of Clarksville, died October 2, 2013. He was born October 13, 1916, in Lafayette Springs, Mississippi, to the late Charles F and Fanny Brown. He was a World War II Army Veteran, a barber by trade, a devout fisherman and a longtime member of the Clarksville Second Baptist Church. He was a loving husband and father. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 1 brother, Windom Brown. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Neal Brown; 1 son, Charles D Brown of Clarksville; 3 sisters, Faye Walton and Bennie Franklin, both of Pontotoc, Mississippi and Mae Peterson of Tupelo, Mississippi; 1 brother, Forrest Brown, Jr. of Guntown, Mississippi; and 1 grandson, Charles A Brown of Lantana, Texas.
