Survivors include his wife, Tonya Willis Mitchell, 1 daughter, Kya Mitchell of Clarksville; mother and stepfather, Emma and Carl Ray Reed of McCall Creek, Mississippi,; 1 sister, Sharon Mitchell of McCall Creek, Mississippi; 3 brothers, Vincent Harris and wife, Vanessa, of Washington, D C, Charles Mitchell and wife, Sheila, of McComb, Mississippi, and Billy Ray Nelson of Birmingham, Alabama; 1 niece Charlie Mitchell of McComb, Mississippi,; 1 sister-in-law, Latasha Traylor of Clarksville, mother-in-law, Denise Wilson of Russellville; and 2 brothers-in-law, Steven Willis and Tyrone Willis, both of Clarksville.

Mrs Tonya Barbara Louise Willis Mitchell, 41, of Russellville, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Russellville. She was born February 20, 1973 in Clarksville, Arkansas to Mike Justice and Denise Wilson. She had a love for children and babysitting. She also enjoyed dancing.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William (Jack) Mitchell Jr. She is survived by daughters, Kya Mitchell and Serita Mitchell of Clarksville; brothers, twin, Tyrone Willis of Clarksville and Steven Willis of Clarksville; sister, Latasha Deann of Clarksville; step-father, Charles Wilson of Russellville; grandmother, Geraldine Wilson of Russellville.
