William David "Bill" Whiteley, 82, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died August 17, 2016 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born February 18, 1934 at Kingston, Arkansas, the son of Samuel Walter and Era Beatrice Cline Whiteley. He was a member of the Huntsville Free Will Baptist Church and was preceded in death by two brothers, Jesse Whiteley and Robert Whiteley, one sister, Anna Jane Conner and one grandson, Thomas Fuller Whiteley.

Survivors include: his wife, Joann M. Thompson Whiteley of the home; three sons and one daughter-in-law, David Whiteley, Danny and Deb Whiteley and Dennis Whiteley, All of Huntsville, Arkansas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Diana Harris and Kassie and Colin Whorton, all of Huntsville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Friday, August 19, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Don Carter officiating. Interment will be in the Alabam Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: William Whiteley, James Whiteley, Darren Whiteley, Kenny Harris, Josh Bunch and Colin Whorton. Honorary pallbearers will be: Van Smith, Jeff Sharp, Bob Silvius and Benjamin Whiteley.
