Gary Goforth, age 62, of Center Ridge, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Gary was born March 17, 1954 in Eminence, MO a son to the late Earl Goforth and Artie Bland Goforth.
Gary loved to go hunting, fishing, and he loved watching Survivor. Even before his death he would ask what day it was so he would not miss it.
Mr. Goforth is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, two sisters, and a granddaughter.
He is survived by son: Gary Goforth Jr, of Doniphan, MO; Six Daughters: Sherry Gallamore and husband Ronnie of Poplar Bluff, MO; Mary Smith of Houston, MO; Kitty Savage and husband Ronnie of Pottsville; Sandra Davenport and husband David of Center Ridge; Cindy McCoy and husband Darrin of Pottsville, Billie Joe Robinson of Scott City, MO; Eighteen Grandchildren; Sixteen Great Grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Pallbearers will Steven Davenport, Ronnie Savage Jr. Aaron McCoy, Wayne Webster, Hunter Davenport, Dakota Ann McCoy, Gage Houserman and Dallas Tidwell. Honorary Pallbearer will be Don Perkins.
Visitation will be 6pm til 8pm Friday, May 27, 2016 at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be 11:00AM, Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Kilgore Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Jeff Crowder officating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Center Ridge.
