February 24, 1945 - February 11, 2015
Marie E. Hall O’Donohue, born February 24, 1945, went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2015. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Wilford and Helen Hall. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa O’Donohue Hooker (Gary) of Chidester, AR; one son, Michael O’Donohue Jr. (Shannon) of Jonesboro, AR; six grandchildren, Reannon Reed, Deannon Reed, Tiffiany Thomas (Dustin), Catherine O’Donohue, River O’Donohue, and Dallon O’Donohue; and seven great-grandchildren.
Marie worked for Arkansas State University in Jonesboro for fifteen years, the United States Postal Service for five years, and was currently working for the Chidester Senior Services. She was a faithful member of the Rushing Memorial United Methodist Church of Chidester and was the liturgist for the church. She loved football and especially the Razorbacks. She had three closest friends, Debbra Szymanski, Jeanette Ponder, and Harvey Hines.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 Monday, February 16, 2015 at Rushing Memorial United Methodist Church in Chidester. Memorials may be made to Rushing Memorial United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 219, Chidester, AR 71726. She will be greatly missed by all.
