1881 - December 2, 1968
Mrs. Nina Melrose Chinn of 616 Crim Ave., Kilgore, Tex., and a former resident of El Dorado, died Monday morning in Kilgore. Mrs. Chinn had been a resident of Kilgore for the past 12 years, moving there from El Dorado. Survivors include two sons, R. O. Chinn of Little Rock, and Thomas D. Chinn of Charlotte, N.C.; two daughters, Mrs. A. B. Miller and Mrs. Walter Nelson, both of Kilgore; a sister, Mrs. E. G. Cox of California; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Luke Methodist Church in Kilgore under the direction of Rader Funeral Home. Graveside services have been set tentatively for Wednesday morning at Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Young's. The body will arrive in El Dorado late Tuesday afternoon.
