Herbert Hoover Sybert, 84, of Bono, Arkansas, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital.
Herbert was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having fought bravely in the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include his son, Herbert Duane Sybert of Bono; brother, Francis Sybert of O'Fallon, Mo.; grand-son, Kristian Sybert; and other relatives-.
Graveside services were held in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at Birdeye under the direction of Woodard Funeral Service of Jonesboro.
