Wife of SPECIALIST FOURTH CLASS David Lee Golden
Reba Golden, 66, of Bay, Arkansas, passed from this life Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House at St. Bernards.
She was born Sept. 1, 1949, in Lake City, Arkansas, to the late Althony and Bessie Mae Despain. Reba was of the Baptist belief.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Golden; two brothers, Alan Despain and David Ray Despain; and one sister, Opal Despain.
Survivors include one son, Jason Golden of Bay; daughter, Amanda "Amy" (Wiley) Stanley of Jonesboro; three sisters, Alice (Don) Bibb, Mary (Macky) Hufstedler and Janie Despain; and two grand-children, Sonny Michael Stanley and Laci Ann Stanley.
A private graveside service was held in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at Birdeye under the direction of Emerson funeral home.
