SERGEANT US Air Force
December 20, 1946 - April 3, 2015

Oles Lee Weaver, 68, of Trumann, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 3, 2015, after a long and brave fight against cancer.

Lee as he was fondly known was born in Boligee, Ala., on Dec. 20, 1946, the son of Oles and Francis (Vanatta) Weaver. He grew up in Cherry Valley and Harrisburg.
His parents; three sisters, Mary Bell Eaton, Flora Weaver and Josephine Geoffry; one brother, Wilburn Weaver; and one son, Nathan Causey, all preceded him in death.
Lee loved to hunt, fish and served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked and retired from Lindsay Olive Company in California and was a commercial fisherman in Crescent City, Calif. Then he returned to Arkansas to be with his family. He will surely be missed here on Earth, but we know Heaven has gained a precious one.

He leaves behind his wife, Jody (Ong) Weaver, the love of his life for 48 years; two sons, Randy Weaver of Arizona and Dan and wife Sandy Causey of California; one daughter, Debbie and husband Avery Carter of California; two brothers, Louis and wife Geneva and Billy Weaver, all of Harrisburg; two sisters, Mary Slater of Harrisburg and Clara and husband Bill McDaniel, also of Harrisburg. Lee has seven grandchildren, 10 great-grand-children and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were at Jackson's Funeral Home. Interment was in the Arkansas Veterans Cemetery in Birdeye.
